An emotional Saturday morning

A Thank you to all my amazing CrossForters -

It's quite possible that I have the best job in the entire world. I get to spend my time doing something that I absolutely love, and I get to be around the most wonderful people I've ever known.

You guys are what make the Fort a great place to be. Without you, the Fort would just be an empty building. The Fort isn't special because of the equipment, the pictures on the walls or the programming handed down from Wild Bill; it's special because of YOU. Frosty the Snowman was only a snowman until those kids found the magic hat....and you guys are my magic hat. You put life into the Fort and joy into my "job".

Whether it's watching someone get their first pull-up, teaching someone how to dead lift, or checking out someone's butt in their pants that are 8 SIZES SMALLER than the pants they were wearing when they first walked through the door, I LOVE what I do. I freaking LOVE that you guys make us a part of your lives.

I can't even put into words how I felt yesterday morning. I was overwhelmed to say the very least. You guys really know how to make a girl feel special! Thank you to everyone who stopped by on Saturday to wish us a Merry Christmas and to drop off the beautiful dumbbell set. The dumbbells are BEAUTIFUL, and I can't wait to incorporate them into the workouts.

Thank you for being such amazing people....thank you for being part of the Fort!

Love Always,

Jennie

Yes, dumbbells make me cry...

  • hate that I couldn't be there to see you get the dumbbells. Merry Christmas and thanks for pushing us. BTW...my pants are down from 40 to 36. You and Bill let me know when you want to check my butt out. ;-)

Special note.... Wild Bill please program accordingly with your new toys ;-)

  • I wish I could have been there to help give them to you! Have a great holiday and thank you for everything! See you Tuesday!
