An ugly meatzza-off!

So you think you make a good meatzza? WE'LL BE THE JUDGE OF THAT! Our next CrossFort outing will be an Ugly Meatzza-Off. It's a combination theme....we'll wear the UGLIEST holiday sweaters we can find, and we'll all bring our best meatzzas. Are you picking up what I'm laying down?

If you'd like to enter a meatzza into the contest, you'll be required to provide a list of all the ingredients. Everyone will get a chance to sample the deliciousness, and vote for the one they believe to be the tastiest.

What date works best for most people? December 12th after the Oly lifting meet, or 12/19? Here's the 2nd question - does anyone want to volunteer their house for the shindig, or should I find a restaurant with pizza ovens that will allow our shenanigans?

    Trish and I are totally in, after tasting Tommy's meatza I might need to start experimenting so I can bring my A-game. I was thinking meatza off would be great for a football game (Superbowl perhaps) We can totally host too if you need it, we've got space and it's kid friendly. Whatever date works for us as long as we get a little advanced notice. Either way though we're there, these event ideas just keep getting better!

    Thanks Mark. Glad you and the others liked it. I believe it was Super Dave that intro'd this to me and like CrossFit, I love to tinker with it.

    I'm in for the Meatza off. Would love to prepare one for the competition.
    Dec 12 will not work for me (that whole Holiday celebration with the Dad before he leaves).

    Other than that, I'm totally game-on.

    I am in for Dec 12th. I won't be entering a meatzza though. I think I can borrow one of Boyd's holiday sweaters and matching sweat band. :)

    The 12th would be better for us :) On the 19th is the homecoming for Brandon's brother Jason returning home from the war (God is great). If any one is wanting to participate in this special day or would like some info, please contact Brandon or myself (kellischwab@gmail.com)...

    Hummmmm a UGLY sweater! This should be interesting :) And what is a meatzza??? Very excited for the Oly lifting meet... Oh wait, now I get it, Meatzza...Pizza!! WOW :) Hope everyone had a yummy and thankful thanksgiving....xoxo

      I like the idea of combining it with a Bear's game - How about Sunday the 20th??
