		<description>Have to agree with Josh and Julie. I liked the inclusion of the weighted ring dips. It&#039;s a nice change that should help develop a necessary skill and build strength in that skill that should carry over to others. 

Ritchie, I am not taking that bet. That was a sneaky tough WOD yesterday. Doing that then backing it up with &quot;Angie&quot; today, uhhh yeah...TOAST.</description>

		<description>I really liked the ring dips. Not that i LOVE RING dips...I liked that it was different. Saved some time since there was litterally no clean up! Would love to practice/learn to do the pulls ups as a strength workout also. Im probably digging my own grave...but I like it switched up a bit... and...I cant do deadlifts on rings.... ;)</description>
