Butt cramp city

I can't tell you how many times I heard "OW MY BUTT HURTS!" during yesterday's workout. We started with some back squatting 3-3-3+, and then moved into this dandy little metcon:

Tabata walking lunges
Tabata Pull-ups
Tabata Rowing
8 rounds of each
1:00 rest between movements

There were a lot of butt cramps happening once the pull-ups got started. I think the walking lunges did you guys in! Matter of fact, I am officially naming this workout "Tabata Butt Cramps".

Notice anything funny about this picture? Sometimes weird stuff happens when we're lifting weights, and we don't even realize it until someone shows us a picture.
