Team players can tolerate twice as much pain as those who work alone, according to research that throws fresh light on some of the most wince-inducing feats in sporting history.
Researchers at Oxford University found that members of its rowing team had a greater pain threshold after training together than when they performed the same exercises individually.
This relates directly to what we offer at CrossFit Fire. Working out with a group of your friends at the Fort will provide an atmosphere that allows you to push yourself harder than you could if you worked out in your garage by yourself. Sparky, are you paying attention?
Isn't it great knowing that there is science backing up our claim that the Fort makes you all happier people? As if we needed further proof of the Fort's awesomeness!

Can't make it this weekend. That's one nice thing about the garage is that it is always open.
