Yes, double unders again. Occasionally we will have a huge surplus of one movement over the course of a few days. Not to worry though...I'm sure all of you are improving with all this practice. Right, Deb?
The strength work yesterday was 3-3-3-1-1-1 thrusters.
We followed up the strength work with a WOD that included, you guessed it, more double unders:
5 rounds for time of:
15 pull-ups
15 ring-dips
30 double unders
I only heard a little bit of complaining when people saw the white board. Matt Lohmann made the mistake of working on his muscle up progressions for about 20 minutes prior to starting this WOD. Silly Matt!

Matt's Muscle Up practice was well worth it...Matt got his FIRST MUSCLE UP this morning with the GYG. Way to go, Matt!!!!
