		<description>Hey guys, Wednesday was going to be the only day I could make it in, but I now have a late meeting Wednesday.  Leaving Thurs. after work to drive to visit my brother in New York for a long weekend.  I will have access to the gym on a local college campus.  Bill, would you be willing to let me know what the Friday, Saturday and Monday WOD would be so I can do it on my own?  His crossfit is a long drive from where we will be staying so I&#039;d rather just work out in the gym.

BTW...I only lost about 1.5 lbs. last week which if I do that every week of the challenge I&#039;ll be happy, but do you guys notice anything in my food log I should change?
