Getting Started
Feeling brave? Motivated? Interested? GREAT! Getting started at CrossFit Fire is very easy; all you have to do is show up. We have our current class schedule posted on our site; just pick the day that works best for you and come on down! We offer everyone their first week free. That's right; FREE. Leave your wallet at home and join us. No pressure, no tricks, no gimmicks, just a week of CrossFit for free.
Your visit will begin with a basic warm-up. You will be guided through by one of our trainers. We do a series of body weight movements and lower extremity stretches. The basic warm-up is followed with a more specific warm-up, otherwise referred to as skill work. Everything will be done at your pace and at your fitness level, every time.
Once the warm-ups have been completed, the workout begins. One of the unique aspects of CrossFit is that the workout is different every day. We post the workout in 3 different formats, and our trainers can help you select the level that is right for you. Our trainers will be with you every step of the way! You will receive personal training every time you walk through our doors.
So there you have it; that's how you get started. After your free week, we will let you decide for yourself if CrossFit is right for you.
