Getting Started

FREE Assessment

Feeling brave? Motivated? Interested? GREAT! Getting started at CrossFit Fire is very easy. Simply contact us to schedule your FREE assessment.

During the FREE assessment, one of our coaches will take you through a warm-up. This will be followed by instruction on the basic movements needed to complete our introductory workout. Once you are comfortable with these movements, the workout will begin. Everything will be done at YOUR pace and at YOUR fitness level. Come dressed in clothing that allows you to move freely as well as a pair of gym shoes. You can expect the FREE assessment to last approximately 30 minutes.

Ramp-up

Everybody is required to complete our Ramp-up program before joining group classes. Ramp-up will familiarize you with the equipment and movements that we use at CrossFit Fire while also gradually exposing you to the intensity of our workouts. Ramp-up consists of 6 instructional classes and attendance at all 6 classes is mandatory. After you complete your 6 instructional classes, you will be allowed to attend 6 regularly scheduled group classes. There is only one group ramp-up scheduled each month. To ensure that all participants get the coaching attention they need, there is a maximum number of participants allowed in each Ramp-up. Be sure to register early!

If our Ramp-up schedule does not fit your schedule or if you would prefer to complete Ramp-up sooner, please contact us to schedule your private Ramp-up sessions.

Anyone with previous CrossFit experience who would like to test out of our Ramp-up program should contact us to schedule an appointment. Please note that this is an assessment of your current understanding of the movements used in CrossFit and not a coaching session.

Group CrossFit Classes

Upon your successful completion of Ramp-up, you will have access to all of our group CrossFit classes. Simply visit our online store, choose the membership that best suits your individual needs, and sign-up.

Unlike other gyms where the typical membership process involves dazzling you with equipment and getting you to sign an iron-clad contract with full knowledge that you will rarely, if ever, use it, CrossFit Fire gives you the freedom to come and go as you please. There are no up front joiner fees or contracts. If at any time you need to change or cancel your membership, simply log into your Mind Body Online account and do so. It is that easy. Any changes you make will be effective immediately.

The reason we do this is because we have absolutely zero interest in taking your money for something you aren't using, or by coaching members who feel they are being imprisoned by some sort of contract. We strongly believe in the programs we are offering and know that your experiences at the Fort will be what keep you coming back for more.

Personal Training

If you are severely de-conditioned, have significant health or orthopedic issues, don’t care for group classes, or have very specific goals, you will need to contact us about out personal training sessions. These will be private, 1-on-1 sessions tailored specifically to you as an individual. Rates for private training vary depending on the coach you choose.
