Jeff and everyone else - Yes, we are still planning on having Team Saturday at 9am. I have to confirm the parade route with the Village to ensure we won't be affected though. I will get a post up once I have all of the details finalized.

Ever since joining CF, I use the lat bar completely different. Rather than do what Jennie's doing in the photo I do the following:

1) Remove Pin
2) Insert Pin to the bottom of the stack for heaviest weight
3) Add all additional weight blocks onto stack
---> Stack should have a total weight of approximately ~300+LBS

and finally, the exercise:

1) Grab Lat bar with thumbs tucked under (Wild Bill is always watching)
2) Rep out 25 Pull-ups

Done! Great Blast!
