Thanks guys. I really kind of forgot about the whole thing for a while, but after seeing it, I wanna try it again. I know if I changed a few things, I could shave at least a minute off the time. We'll see, maybe a sub 8 minute "FF Fran" someday???
BTW, Tom, you're a dead man. I believe the workout today was in response to a comment you made. Well, the workout was sick, and I'm going to go cry now.

Yesterday was the first rest day I've taken in 2+ weeks and I've never felt so sore! I rocked this morning's workout though

Garth, you are a beast...a little advice -- you should really take atleast one rest day every 4 days (3 on, 1 off)....your body is not desinged for constant pain, and you will be amazed by how much your times will go down when you get the proper rest.....i rested for 2 days while on vacation in NC and lowered my "Helen" time by 2 1/2 minutes (only 45 days apart from last time I did Helen)...i know CFF is addicting, but your body will thank me and so will your WOD times!!!
Garthinator.....I feel your CFF addiction!!!...which is why my friends and I compete in WODs in other things, for instance, I beat my old roommate Drew (who is also a CF'er in DC) at the wedding last week....5 pieces of wedding cake for time.....no one can beat me when it comes to eating.....no one (bring it, Bill)

You'll have to wait until Zach comes off his diet though. Nobody can knock them back like that cracker jack!

I've committed to two rest days per week but it's gonna drive me crazy. I always feel the need for a WOD!
