How's everyone feeling so far this week? Are you guys a tad sore? Based on the attendance at the Fort yesterday, I am guessing that you guys took a rest day so you could be ready for Team Saturday, right?

Ah, yes, just what we all needed...sore lower backs! I'm not sure if you guys realized this or not, but kettle bell swings are a great lower back and abs workout. I'd even be willing to say that they out-do the old 7 minute abs tapes!
Ryan Z had me laughing so hard during the 9AM class! When he was finished with the workout, he pointed at the puddle on the floor beneath his feet and said, "I think you have a leak in your roof, you might want to get that looked at."
Know what doesn't make me laugh? Injured CrossForters. Colleen stepped off a box wrong and twisted her ankle. I hear she's going to be out for a little bit, and I wanted to wish her well! We miss you girl! Come back soon!
