Enough rest so that we weren't absolutely dying, yet tough enough to still call it a BRUTAL workout! I turned to Jennie a number of times during the workout and said "This is the dream, Jennie. To be working out side by side with my wife". After dialing in the workouts, nutrition and rest, this was the final piece of the puzzle for me: Having Dawn right there by my side! I was even able to bring my boys (thanks again Catelyn for watching them). This is why Crossfit Fire is "The Greatest Place on Earth"! Bill, you built a phenomenal workout for us this past Saturday.
