Pre-Games Update

They have released the schedule of events for Friday's Affiliate Cup Challenge. Here is the order that CrossFit Fire will perform the WODs:

10:00am - Hill WOD

12:00pm - North Pad WOD

2:00pm - Stadium WOD

Descriptions of these WODs can be found on the CrossFit Games website. We will continue to update everyone as the weekend progresses.

  • Gonna be a great games for everyone. I'm not one to say "good luck" because I feel that "luck" isn't necessary here. I think you're all prepared.
    So, to that I say "perform BEYOND your best!"

    And, I expect real-time text messaging throughout the weekend. Or, I am gonna text bomb all of your asses.

  • Checking out the affiliate website and seeing what you guys are gonna get to do has got me pumped! i can't imagine how psyched you guys must be. Represent boys and girls, show'em how we do it over here in the corn fields of middle america.

  • Ultimate Frisbee THIS Thursday (the 16th) at Converse Park in Island Lake @ 7pm.

    This is NOT recreational. We will NOT have fun. Do NOT come unless you are an EXPERT at Ultimate Frisbee. We do NOT have tolerance for moderate performance.

    I'm totally fucking around. Hahahaha! I just learned how to throw a Frisbee :)

    Mark Ritchie will be coaching us on how to play if you don't know.
