Push-ups are your friend!

It was a long weekend, but we're finally back at the Fort. To welcome back the team, Brittany has generously offered to host a BBQ at her house this Saturday at 6:30PM in Spring Grove. I'm told she is making an obstacle course and a cake...what more info do you need?! Bring drinks, a dish to pass, and something to throw on the grill and we'll call it a party! I want everyone to try at least one new "paleo approved" recipe and bring it to the party. Let's do this thing caveman style!

The workout Monday night was:

500 meter row
40 push-ups
500 meter row
30 push-ups
500 meter row
20 push-ups

Sounds like fun, doesn't it? The push-ups left our arms feeling more like jello than solid steel. It's great to see people pushing themselves and doing full range of motion push-ups!

  • I can bring a fruit salad. :) maybe I'll even put some nuts in it. Depends on how much time I have. :)
