Schedule

CrossFit Classes: This class is pure CrossFit. These workouts are scaled to all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, or an elite athlete you can participate in this class and we will tailor the workout to fit your needs.


Monday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Tuesday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday: 6:00am - 7:00am; 6:00pm - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Friday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am

***We will grow our current schedule by request. All it takes is 3 current members to commit to a new time slot for it to be added to the schedule!
