I have added a link to some resources on the left sidebar of this page. Hopefully this provides some additional help. There will probably be some confusion for those of you who came to me for specific dietary prescriptions. When comparing what I originally gave you guys to the Zone, you will notice that protein is about the same, carbs are lower, and fat is higher. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if this is confusing.
Some things to help out

Bill, thanks for the links! It is cool to find some new Paleo recipes to try out. Though I have to be honest, I'm still not tired of the eggs/guacamole/bacon combo, or the steak/guacamole combo. And now that I've started cooking with Ghee (AMAZING stuff, by the way), I'm enjoying meals even more! Ghee with eggs or Ghee on a porterhouse is incredible.
I can't imagine ever going back to the "old way" of eating, now that I feel so good (and enjoy the food so much) of the new, RIGHT way of eating. I know I'm speaking for Garth and I (and many others) when I say THANK YOU again for the advice you've given us.
Now if I could only take down Garth or Tom in a workout...

Dave -
I love seeing you rock the new lifestyle. I know for a fact that some of our other members look to you as inspiration for sticking with it. Your self-discipline and commitment is unmatched. Give it enough time though and eating a "cheat" meal will really cement it for you. The way you'll feel afterwards is the best sign that the "old way" was so wrong.
