I have to apologize for anyone who did something AMAZING or SPECTACULAR on camera in the last week. One of our memory cards bit the dust, and we lost all of our pictures. BOO FOR LOSING PICTURES!
For our strength work yesterday we did a little pressing. 5-5-5-3-3-3
After the strength work, this little metcon was written on the board:
5 rounds of:
10 pull-ups
20 burpees
Doesn't look so bad, does it? Don't under estimate this little doozey though! She's a killer! As Brittany said, "about round 3 I started to hate my life."

If you still have the memory card you may want to try this little program... works wonders in recovering pictures from a bad disk.

Or you can try a nice little dutch program from this site.. both are free and very effective in recovering photos from bad memory cards.

That's super helpful Chris. How nice of you. Sorry to hear about your father. My prayers and best go out to your family this holiday season.
