		<description>I&#039;m so excited (and scared) to get back to the Fort! Soon, very soon. Just waiting for the doc&#039;s clearance. :-) Both of us are very glad about the 9 am class being offered every day. It&#039;d be great if there were other morning times available, too. That way we could switch off with the kiddos...or better yet, how about babysitting at the Fort?! I also really like Marky&#039;s idea of a recipe link...that would be REALLY helpful!</description>

2. Post WODs night prior or log them for reference. This helps for the days I miss. Its also helpful for the runs so i dont forget my shoes...
3. A stretching/flexibility seminar from the guy highlighted on the main site.
