Tommy Mo’ vs The Show, Volume 1

Most of you are probably well aware of the trash talking that takes place amongst the GYG members. For those of you who may have missed it, Tommy Mo' and The Show challenged each other to a few head to head workouts. One of these workouts was the CrossFit Fire Skills Assessment. At some point last week they declared that a showdown would take place this past Saturday after the team workout. True to their word, a battle took place and it definitely lived up to its billing.     Awesome work guys!!!!! I'm looking forward to getting back on track at the fort and rejoining the GYG sometime soon.
