What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is a highly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. It's unlike anything you've ever tried before. WE GUARANTEE IT. CrossFit is the fitness methodology used by some of the most elite branches of military in our country. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you never get "bored". CrossFit combines the best movements from gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, rowing and running. Some workouts are done for time, others for maximum number of reps. Either way, you'll be guaranteed a challenging workout.
CrossFit is scalable to any age, any fitness level. Every workout of the day will be posted in 3 formats; just choose the one that is right for you. A fair warning; if you're not panting at the end of a workout, we WILL challenge you to move to a higher level of intensity. Every human being regardless of age, gender or current physical condition can train to become an athlete. Fitness is the goal; CrossFit is the tool.
