Where have all the CrossFitters gone?

The Fort is, uh, ronery!

I hope that nobody hath forgotten that the Fort is still open.  If these current hours are not good, email me and we may be able to figure something out.  I know Garth will be PISSED if he comes to Team Saturday to see tumbleweed floating around.

The 6pm classes have been pretty consistant and so has the GYG.  I can't get in there earlier than 6, but if there are any night owls looking for a good sweat just say the "word".   I think bird is the word.  Yeah, bird, bird, bird.  Bird IS the word.

To everyone that did PJ's yesterday I want you to give yourself a huge pat on the back.  Wait, f___ that.  Go up to a complete stranger today and tell THEM to pat you on the back.  Tell them that your Push Jerk movement is superior to theirs.  Tell them you know you have to drive through the heels but that you have a good, strong fluid Jerk!  Tell them.  Go!  Now!  Get that pat on the back you deserve!

Everyone has been doing great.  I was EXTREMELY impressed with everybody's movements.   Billifer will be excited that their creation is helping people even they are off in LaLa Land.  Right?  Their honeymoon is in Delaware, right?  Oh well.  They'd rather be here, I can gurantee that.

    oh, and i also hate you zach...much like i hate bill when he puts me through workouts that make me feel liek i got hit by a truck....i am out for doing skill work with you tonight since i can't move my arms from all the pullups....it has been really hard to function all day....jerk!

    Don't think we'll make it in on Friday, we probably won't be back in town 'till after 8. :'(

    Just wanted to say thanks Zach for holden down the fort and dedicating your time so we can have workouts while Billefer's gone. They're in North Dakota, right?

    I think a few people are heading off to The Gambler in McHenry @ 8ish, if anyone needs to, you can shower and change at my place, it's right in between...

    Tom, didn't Zach show you all his bruised body parts? The guy is a mess! He took a real beating at last week's Billefer bash :)
