So? Who likes it? Anyone??? In honor or Ryan turning 35, we did a workout created by Ryan:
3 rounds:
35 walking lunges
100m sprint
15 burpees
100m spring
10 handstand push-ups
Yeah! If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that your legs don't always work right after you do walking lunges. They feel all jello-y and stuff. The workout was pretty hard, but you guys did great!
Our strength work was another single rep max, this time on back squat. We saw PR's from Erin, Leslie, Ivy, Earl, Hero Mike, Josh Tran, Sam, Kinsy, Jason, Season, Josh D., Strong Julie, Shaff Dog, Bethy, Steph R., and Steph L. Would you believe Steph L. went and beat my old PR by 1kg? 1 stinking kg! AND she made it look EASY.
I know that I joke around about being knocked off the record board, but I am always truly happy for you guys. We ALL are. Part of what makes coming to the Fort so fun is that we can all share in each other's excitement when you do something amazing. Making the record board is amazing!
Dads, can you come tomorrow at 8:30AM for our Father's day picture? I haven't heard back from a lot of you, and I want this to be the most spectacular picture ever taken at the Fort. No pressure though. Also, if anyone wants to ride down to the Warrior Dash with us, we will be leaving the Fort at 12:30 SHARP. YES, there is still Team Saturday tomorrow. YES, we are going to have fun at the Warrior Dash.
