  • Bill, THANK YOU for the post! Great article. Helps to answer those people who say to me "Dude, have you checked your cholesterol lately". Confirms that what I'm eating is right...I have energy all day long, and I feel great.

    This weekend's nutrition was the same as it has been for me these past four months: 80% lean ground beef, avocados, almonds, olive oil, veggies, ghee, eggs, bacon, and water.
